For regular members, we send 2-3 emails weekly.
Depending on your signup time, your first offer email may take a day or two to arrive.

For group trips, we send fewer emails monthly due to the extra organization required.
You can expect at least four trips, with your first group trip email arriving within a week.
 
Each email will include details of available trips, like upcoming excursions to the mountains, beach getaways, or cultural city tours.

Once you join as a Direct Booking Club Member (either Group or Regular), you'll first receive a confirmation receipt from Shopify, followed by a separate Welcome Email.

Regular offer emails are sent throughout the week, while group trip offers are less frequent, typically 4 per month.

Each email includes images with offer details such as price, inclusions, booking instructions, and other relevant information. Simply follow the instructions in the images to book what interests you.

It's an annual subscription that automatically renews each year. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged again. You'll receive a reminder email seven days prior to your renewal date.
