Refunds
Once your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at membership@directbookingclub.com.
Swapping Between Memberships
You can swap between memberships within 15 days of signing up for your original membership. To request a membership swap, email us at membership@directbookingclub.com.
Please note that you can only swap your membership once within the first year.
