Direct Booking Club (“DBC,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides a membership program that includes access to curated Texas travel offers, the Direct Booking Club website, and private community spaces. By completing checkout and using your membership, you agree to this Subscription Agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a country where we offer the membership. Registration requires accurate contact details. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
For purchases during the Feed Texas campaign your membership term is January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Your membership renews on January 1, 2027 for twelve dollars per year unless you cancel before that date. You can cancel at any time before renewal by emailing hello@directbookingclub.com. When you cancel, benefits continue through the end of the paid term.
During this limited campaign DBC donates one hundred percent of each twelve dollar membership fee to FeedingTexas.org. DBC covers its own operating and marketing costs separately so the full twelve dollars is contributed. Donations through this campaign are not tax deductible. After the campaign ends we will publish a summary of total memberships and the amount remitted to FeedingTexas.org.
From now through December 2025 offers are sent periodically as partners are ready to feature them. Beginning January 2026 weekly offers are sent each Sunday. All offers are subject to partner availability and to each partner’s terms. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
The standard membership price is twelve dollars per year unless otherwise shown at checkout. If we change the renewal price in the future we will notify you by email at least thirty days in advance. If you do not agree to the change cancel before the next renewal date.
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other supported processors. We do not see or store complete card numbers. Payment data is handled by PCI DSS compliant processors. If a charge is declined access may be paused until payment details are updated.
You may cancel any time before the next renewal date. We do not provide prorated refunds for the current paid term. Your membership remains active until the end of the paid period.
Our member communities are for personal and lawful use. We may remove content or restrict access that violates law or community standards or interferes with other members.
DBC is the data controller for member information used to operate the membership and deliver offers. We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights safety and security of our members and services.
We will send notices to the email address on your account and may also post updates on our site. Keep your contact information current. Contact hello@directbookingclub.com for membership questions cancellations or privacy requests.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updated terms take effect thirty days after notice. If you do not agree to changes cancel before they take effect.
